How long will it take to receive my order if i live in Peru?

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you are in Lima, and you placed your order from Tuesday to Thursday, it will arrive on Friday; If you place your order from Friday to Monday, it will arrive on Tuesday. For other cities in Peru, delivery is between 4 and 7 days. For more information here.

How long will it take to receive my order if i live outside of Peru?

If you live in the United States of America or Canada, your order will arrive between 4 and 7 business days. If you live in Europe, between 5 and 8 days. For other destinations write to contact@paistextil.com indicating your address so that we can give you the shipping time. For more information here.

What if i don’t like my order?

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 1 week of receipt. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. And it must not have been used. Shipping costs are not subject to return. Keep in mind that, in addition, you must pay the shipping costs for the return to Peru. When we receive the piece / pieces, the cost of the product will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 15 days. For more information here.

What if my order has defects?

If the product we send you is any imperfection, you have to send us a photograph within 2 days of being delivered so that we can refund the amount paid. Damage to the parts due to use is your responsibility and in this case there is no possibility of claim.

If a piece is damaged when washed, it is your responsibility, since each of the pieces we sell has washing indications on the internal labels, on the printed labels and in the description of each product on this website. If you have questions about washing, consult here. For more information here.

How do i cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order we send an email to contact@paistextil.com. If your order has been processed through credit cards, charges made by these means of payment will be deducted from the refund.

Do your products have a warranty?

All of our pieces are made to last over time. Cushions, blankets, purses and key chains can last for years if they are treated with love and care. All of our products are guaranteed for 1 year. For the guarantee to be effective, the parts must have been washed according to our instructions. We are not responsible for the misuse of the products: stained cushions, stuffed beyond their capacity or purses that have lost their handles or have suffered damage due to being overloaded.

My cushions are thinned even though i have placed an insert of the same size. What can I do so they don’t look like that?

We recommend using slightly larger inserts than the cushion cover; generally the fabric of the inserts has the measurement, but they are not sufficiently filled. If your cushion cover is 45×45 cm / 18×18 inch, the ideal is to use a 50×50 cm / 20×20 inch insert. In the case of 30×40 cm / 12×18 inch cushion covers, a 30×50 cm / 12×20 inch insert is best.

To make the insert placement more efficient, you must fold it in two before inserting it through the back of the sleeve. When it’s inside, pull towards the corners of the insert towards the corners of each sleeve.

The tassels of my cushion look fallen, they are not like in your photos. What can I do?

The first thing to take into account are our recommendations on how to fill the cushions – you can see them here – but it is also useful to put a little cotton on the four internal ends of the cushion cover. And so that the pompoms always look cute you just have to comb them with a hair brush!

My order arrived and all the tassels are tight and shapeless.

It is common that when packing a product that has pompoms, they lose their shape. Do not worry; all you have to do to make them look cute again is comb them with a hairbrush.
